Dotdeb Role for Ansible

This role adds the Dotdeb repository to Debian. It includes many reliable and updated packages like MySQL, PHP, and Nginx.

Requirements

This role is compatible only with Debian Wheezy and Jessie. It may work on Ubuntu, but no support is provided.

Role Variables

• dotdeb_wheezy_php_version: Set the PHP version (specific to Wheezy)
• dotdeb_apt_host: Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) for the Dotdeb repository
• dotdeb_apt_src: Boolean value (default: false). Set to true if you need the source repository.

Notes

• Debian 8.0 Jessie has been released, and what it means for Dotdeb
• Offers three PHP versions (only for Debian Wheezy): 5.4, 5.5, 5.6
• On Debian Jessie, you can use PHP7 packages
• Downgrading PHP version is not supported.
