Install socat on macOS

Here's how to install socat without using package managers like brew.

Requirements

• You need curl
• You need bsdtar

Role Variables

• archive_location: The location of the socat archive.
• tmp_dir: Temporary directory for installation.
• install_dir: Directory where socat will be installed.
