Downloads and sets up the systemd configuration for the runscope-radar agent.

• agent_url: URL to download the runscope-radar agent.
• runscope_api_host: Host for the runscope API.
• runscope_threads: Number of threads for runscope.
• runscope_timeout: Timeout setting for runscope.
• runscope_disconnect_timeout: Timeout for disconnecting in runscope.
• runscope_cafile: Certificate authority file for runscope.
• runscope_agent_path: Directory where the agent will be stored.
• agent_conf_file_path: Directory where the agent's configuration file will be stored.
