Ansible Role: telegraf

This role installs Telegraf, which is an agent used to collect metrics.

Requirements

• Ubuntu 16.04 or later

This role should work on all distributions supported by InfluxData.

Tags

• telegraf-repository: This tag is used to add the TICK stack (which includes Telegraf) repository to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/influxdb.list. If you haven't changed the default settings, you can use the options telegraf.apt_keyserver, telegraf.apt_key_sig, telegraf.apt_repository, and telegraf.apt_repository_filename. It also installs any necessary Python modules for the Ansible apt* modules.

• telegraf-repository-key: This tag is used to only add the repository key for the TICK stack (including Telegraf).
