Ansible Role for Webmin

This is an Ansible role for installing Webmin.

You can set two variables:

• Listen port:

  • webmin_port: "10000"

• SSL enabled? Webmin uses 1 for true and 0 for false in its configuration:

  • webmin_ssl: "1"

• Use reverse proxy? If you are using a reverse proxy, you must set the Trusted Referrers. You can do this using the GUI or directly in the config. For example, if you want to set webmin.domain.tld through your reverse proxy to http://webmin.server:10000, you need to specify this referer URL here:

  • webmin_reverse_proxy_referer: ''

Requirements

This role requires Ansible version 2.2 or higher.

It is intended for Ubuntu and Debian-based distributions.
