LVM Partition

This projects creates and mounts additional LVM logical volumes.

It can also resize existing logical volumes (LVs).

Role Variables

These variables need to be set (no default values provided):

• lvm_vgname: The name of the LVM volume group for the logical volume.
• lvm_lvname: The name of the logical volume (use characters A-Z, a-z, or 0-9).
• lvm_lvmount: The location where the partition will be mounted.
• lvm_lvsize: The size of the partition.
• lvm_lvfilesystem: The type of filesystem for partitions that need formatting.

Optional variables:

• lvm_shrink: Shrink the volume if the current size is larger than the requested size (default: True).
• lvm_lvopts: Options for creating the logical volume (default: None).
