This is an Ansible role for installing and setting up MetricBeat. It is included in the default Terraform scenario for automatically deploying new servers.

Requirements

• ELK Stack
• Elastalert
• ReadOnlyRest

Role Variables

• ea_dir: elastalert
  Name of the Elastalert directory.

• elk_url: 10.0.0.1
  IP address of the ELK server.

• elk_username: ChangeMe
  Username for ReadOnlyRest to connect to Elasticsearch.

• elk_password: ChangeMe
  Password for ReadOnlyRest to connect to Elasticsearch.
