この役割は、タイムゾーンを設定し、systemd-timesyncdを構成して有効にします。

`timesync_ntp_hosts`		NTPホストの配列
`timesync_fallback_ntp_hosts`	`{0..3}.pool.ntp.org`	フォールバックNTPホストの配列
`timesync_write_hwclock_on_change`	`True`	設定を変更した後にハードウェアクロックに時間を書き込むかどうか。
