Amtega oracle_java role

This is an Ansible role to deploy Oracle Java.

Role Variables

A list of all the default variables for this role is available in defaults/main.yml.

The role setups the following facts:

• oracle_java_home: home path of the deployed oracle java
• oracle_java_latest_versions: list of strings with the oracle java latest versions. Only available when download artifact is not defined or latest version is required to be installed.
• oracle_java_latest_versions: string with the oracle java latest version. Only available when download artifact is not defined or latest version is required to be installed.
• oracle_java_default_artifact: dict with the default artifact for downloading oracle java. Only available when download artifact is not defined or latest version is required to be installed.
• oracle_java_effective_version: oracle java effective version (useful if you use latest for version)

Example Playbook

This is an example playbook:

Testing

Tests are based on molecule with docker containers.

cd amtega.oracle_java

molecule test --all
