Initialize kubernetes cluster with kubeadm

Description

This role initializes kubernetes address. It suggests that all the binaries (kubeadm and kubelet) are already installed.

Role Variables

k8s_init_cidr: cidr that k8s will use

k8s_init_node_ip: this node ip address, on bare metal hosts and virtual machines you can use ansible_host or ansible_default_ipv4.address.
