The NIST 800-53 playbooks are now included with RHEL and Fedora! This project has reached its end of life (EOL). The URL/repo will be archived on June 1, 2018.

Official Red Hat security automation materials, which include SCAP and Ansible, are now created through the SCAP Security Guide project. You can install it directly in RHEL using the command (yum install scap-security-guide), find it in the NIST National Checklist, or access it on Ansible Galaxy.
