version tags

Version tags (starting from 4.0) follow the format X.Y.Z:

• X.Y indicates the main version of Seafile that this role supports or has been tested with.
• Z indicates updates or bug fixes to this role itself, and it does not rely on any changes or fixes from the Seafile main version.
