Requirements

Expects a working Red Hat Virtualization or oVirt cluster to target

`rhv_vm_cloud_init_nics`	:x:	`look in defaults.yml`	The dictionary of nic configurations for the VM
`rhv_vm_ssh_username`	:x:	`cloud-user`	Username that will be used for SSH access to the VM
`rhv_vm_ssh_pub_key`	:heavy_check_mark:		SSH Public Key that will be used for SSH access to the VM
`rhv_vm_ssh_pwd`	:heavy_check_mark:		Password that will be used for SSH access to the VM
