Installs FastTree, a tool to infer approximately-maximum-likelihood phylogenetic trees from alignments of nucleotide or protein sequences.
This role builds FastTree in (roughly) the same way as nextstrain/docker-base.
Requirements
This role requires root access, so either run it in a playbook with a global become: yes, or invoke the role in your playbook like:
