Solarwinds Agent

Install the Solarwinds Agent from Orion to communicate outbound to a Solarwinds poller.

When installing the swiagent RPM, there's a note to initialize the service, which is run through a handler after successful package installation.

Perl will be installed in addition to swiagent as part of supporting monitoring extensions.
