Configures the Kubernetes Master along with a Docker private registry and cache registry, installs and configures Ingress Nginx proxy to access the Dashboard UI using SSL and enables Helm's Tiller.

This role uses Helm on a preexistent Kubernetes namespace to install Prometheus, Kibana, Jenkins, Spinnaker
